Because planting and pastoring is labor. You don’t need a hype man, you need a steady hand, a plan, and someone who knows when to coach your breathing and when to say, “Push.”

I’m not your hospital. I’m your doula. I come alongside you to make the birth (and the first months) far less traumatic.

Delivery

• Run‑of‑Show that makes sense in real life (not just a spreadsheet).

• Guest Experience that actually serves guests, not your announcements.

• Team Activation: Right people, right roles, clear wins. 

Postpartum

• Meeting Makeover: 5D flow - Dream, Discuss, Decide, Do, Debrief.

• Follow‑Up that Feels Human: Texts > spam. Care > calendar spam.

• Scoreboard & Standards: Define “good” so you can repeat it.

NICU

• “We launched with smoke and lasers and now everyone’s tired.”

I stabilize, simplify, and set a sustainable plan.

What I Don’t Do

• I don’t sell formulas. Context beats copy‑paste.

• I don’t babysit egos. If you need pay to validate calling, God will call someone else.

• I don’t slow down for part‑timers. We keep moving; people catch up.

• I don’t do big reveals. Everyone has babies and starts churches, just be better at it. Save the big hype fest.
