I'm breaking the rules.

If you know me then that's not a surprising statement. But if you don't, well, I'm not the best rule follower. :) I try, I really do. But then logic takes over and I start asking one of the most offensive questions of all time: "Did it work?"

Some of the rules of building a business are: keep all the good stuff to yourself; never highlight others who do what you do; and never give your platform to someone who's not paying for it. Well, my bad.

Enter: Wade Joye. 

Many of you know him but he's worth a mention on my email list. Today is his birthday so it seemed the most appropriate time to introduce him to you (if you've been living under a rock or you're a pagan). HA!  

The Church needs more Wade (and people like Wade). You'd do yourself a favor to take a tip or two from his leadership.

• He's a superhero dad of 3 girls and I'm pretty sure at least one of them is taller than he is. This bullet point alone speaks to his power and humility at the same time. :) 
• He built and led the team and machine that produced, and still produces to this day, the songs we all sing in church from Elevation Worship. But then ... 
• He stepped off the stage and into the shadows at Elevation many years ago to unleash his true strength: elevating and encourage the ones who take us all into the future. He didn't want to be the lid of a legacy rather the instigator of many.

He's a coach to coaches, a pastor to pastors, and a mentor to mentors. He preaches across the nation and beyond. He speaks into mics and cameras to encourage the leaders beyond his reach. And there's not a single worship leader on the planet who can't learn from what he's seen, built, and led. Heck, he's probably forgotten more than I'll ever know about leading people in worship.

Most relevant today, he lives to help YOU unlock your God-given dream. It's possible you have a dream deep inside that you've moved past. You've forgotten. You stopped hoping. Wade's the guy to work with you to unlock it again and thrive.

Follow him on Instagram and YouTube. And if you're a WORSHIP LEADER or LEAD PASTOR, you need to have him to your church. No excuses, no delay. Tell him I sent you. Maybe that'll move you to the front of the line. :)

At the very minimum, wish him Happy Birthday. And maybe shoot him a CashApp. :)
