A Christian leader's fitness experience.

July 18-21, 2027 - Florida

Think of it as the anti-men’s retreat.

Except we’re not calling it a retreat.

And we’re definitely not sitting around eating Little Debbie, smoking cigars, debating politics, or venting about the teams we’re unwilling to lead.

This isn’t escape. It’s exposure.

It’s sweat. It’s ownership. It’s recalibration.

THAT'S ALL I NEED TO HEAR

You Don’t Need a Break. You Need a Burn.

There are endless options for pastors to:

• Shake hands with strangers
• Buy boots no one will remember
• Hear shortcuts from leaders quietly shrinking
• Be sold a “system” that solves a problem you don’t actually have
• Watch highlight reels curated by interns
• Eat boxed lunches under fluorescent lights
• And get told you need the right lanyard to access the “real” room

You can skip one of those this year.

Because you don’t need another conference.

You need friction.
You need honest conversations with men who are actually building something.

You don’t need a break from leadership but a burn that sharpens it.

  • 3 days, 2 nights on the beach.
  • Plenty of sunshine and a psuedo-sauna all day long.
This is planned in Florida and in July on purpose.
  • You'll have plenty of trails to run, water to paddle, and sand to enjoy.
  • Beach house on one of the best beaches in North America
  • 5 programmed workouts and physical challenges.
  • Pool, sports, ice baths, and even plenty of nap time to recover.
  • Plenty of protein, healthy fruits and vegetables, and we'll probably hit some acai bowls.
  • Like-minded Church-building men focused (or want to be) on their physical fitness.
  • No programmed churchy stuff. You can do devotionals and ask strategy questions if you want but it's not programmed.
  • Programmed workouts and planned meals so you just show up and get fit!
  • Plenty of free time, hang time, alone time, and quiet time.
LET'S GO!
