I arrived at Elevation when it was 3 local campuses. I graduated from the staff a decade later having built the expansion strategy and many systems that led to the 11 campuses beyond the home city. 

I stewarded "Watch Parties" and various groups and events in over 30 countries at a time - from US Navy ships to forward operating bases in war zones; from Singapore apartments to politician's homes in South America.

For over two decades I’ve coached leaders and church staff. I've been privileged to serve in nearly every role - youth, facilities, worship, production, executive, and creative. But the role that set me up for what I'm offering you was the decade serving with Pastor Steven Furtick at Elevation Church to expand Elevation around the world, overseeing the overall strategy for launching locations.

  • I built all of the campuses outside the home city of Charlotte.
  • I identified, recruited, developed, and deployed campus pastors and dozens of other staff in the campuses from Canada to Florida.
  • I built the apprentice program - a direct response to the success of the extension groups around the world. This program was the special forces training program for the campus pastors and majority of the staff since 2012.
