  • Mapping Momentum. Momentum is something you map and steward more than you create. This paradigm shift radically changes your activity and effectiveness in the best ways. 

  • Leader Definition, Identification, and Deployment. Commonly referred to as "Leadership Development" but largely falling flat because of vague generalities and generic cliches. 

  • Giving & Finance. Money is the easiest thing to come by in ministry. Yep, I said it and helped many hit giving records. And it’s not the linchpin variable to success. Money is a tool to leverage, not a source of fruit or fulfillment. 

  • Church Planting & Multisite -This may sound funny but these are mostly the same thing. I built campuses for Elevation Church, Online campuses, TV Ministry, and extensions around the world, and coached planters on 5 continents. I'll bring quite a bit of insight about scaling up.

Hey, I'm Swebb.

Everyone calls me Swebb. Aka Stephen Webb.

For over two decades I’ve coached leaders and church staff. I did the "typical" Youth Pastor-to-Executive Pastor journey at a church in my home city of DFW, Texas before partnering with friends to plant in Denver. Then I spent a decade serving with Pastor Steven Furtick at Elevation Church to expand Elevation beyond Charlotte, serving as the Expansion Pastor.

I've worked with and spoken at churches of all sizes on 5 continents so know what diversity looks like and can help address your unique opportunities.

I have a proven history of building successful and sustainable ministries, leaders, and teams through people.

Simply put, my goal is to build leaders who build teams who build the Church.
