$1000 non-refundable deposit due within 14 days of scheduling. Balance due on arrival (if not earlier). 

Credit card payments WILL include a 4% fee. I prefer mailed checks.

One schedule change is allowed should something come up; subject to Swebb’s availability.

No refunds once ANY portion of this trip is purchased by Swebb.

I’ll will supply a W-9 (or W8) and any other information your finance team requires.
