SM: Solve For X
Jul 02, 2024[y] x $8888 + 3 = $10M
Solve for Y.
And see where the other $9,991,112 comes from.
Add $12,000 and see the sum go to $30,000,000. "Wait, what?"
I shared this recently on my Substack and you may have missed it.
Please share this with a friend in ministry.
A campus launched and sustained to a relatively mediocre level for 5 years can celebrate at least 100 salvations a year and bring in $500,000 a year. That’s $2.5M and 500 salvations.
A campus launched and sustained well, maximizing the skills of focus and simplicity can run for at least 10 years. In that time they can celebrate 200 salvations a year and $1M a year. That’s 2000 salvations and $10M.
But we all know at least one church who tried their darnedest on their own with just conference anecdotes and discount advice from their hero’s project manager.
They launched a “campus” with 200 people that dipped to under 100 and never recovered. They spent $100,000 up front but never became sustainable (aka profitable) and ultimately cost the church $200,000 in cash. But worse is that it left a hole in their reputation in the community as a church that wasn’t serious and won’t get it done.
Case Study:
I know a church that has received no less than $30,000,000 in tithes and offerings from just 10 campuses in the last 5 years.
And the coaching/consulting costs solely dedicated to that effort, directly responsible for instigating and implementing the strategies that made those campuses sustainable was only $80,000.
That coach/consult was last paid/utilized by that church 4 years ago. Yet the life-change and revenue continues to multiply… furthering the impact of their mission. Ongoing staff and operational costs exist, sure, but all falling well within the parameters of being self-sustainable campuses with years of impact to come. As a matter of fact they could pay that consultant $80,000 a year from each of those campuses and still be in the black.
Let me say that again…
$80,000 investment in a coach for a year brought in $30,000,000 and it’s still paying off.
This is a real scenario.
I was that coach. And these numbers are conservative.
What I did then, I do now for many others.
The difference: I do it for about $72,000 LESS.
What I know, have created, and have led myself, I can bring to you anywhere in the world for $8888. I’ve coached multisite on 5 continents and seen my strategies and insights succeed on 5 continents. Some of the big names you listen to on podcasts are using those strategies now. From North Carolina to Florida to Oklahoma to Virginia to Kentucky and even Australia and beyond.
I come to your workshop for 3 days and deliver what you need
(and even a little of what you want) that can produce fruit for YEARS!
Don’t let that be you.
$8888 can lead to $1M in a mediocre scenario.
$30,000,000 in a good scenario.
It’s math, not hype.
It’s proven, not theory.
It’s verifiable, not hypothetical.
Unlock your scalable success - your fruitfulness and fulfillment -
by bringing in a coach to customize your wins.
Don’t miss the launch windows. Just like NASA, you can’t launch whenever you want. And don’t think just because you’re a big church that you’ll be successful. Surely you’ve done your homework to know who’s closing campuses and why.
Be strategic. Be smart. Be better.
Let’s build the church you want to lead and leave for the next generation.
Let’s not just drink coffee and hear your theories, let’s build the dream God put in you.
Loosen your grip and let’s get serious about this!
Matter of fact, that $8888 can even save you millions.
Not everyone should do multisite. I’d rather invest $8888 in proving a concept before dropping $200,000 on staff to prove it a year later. Maybe there’s another tactical calling on your church. Maybe it’s not multisite.
But this isn't just all about multisite.
I realize this email is full of multisite content. BUT ...
I'm talking about scalability (aka growth) and sustainability (aka health). If you're not a multisite church, you can still benefit substantially from Swebb On Site.
We work together to customize the journey for your leadership and church to be what wanted it to be and go where God wants it to go.
Staffing, growth limitations, a more open calendar, more margin in the finances, more fun and fruit among the teams, and much more. Church shouldn't be as hard as we make it. And what many think are anomalies can be made normal for you. Let's prove it!
NEED A REFERENCE?
Or 10? I have them, just ask. Tell me where in the world you are and/or what phase of growth you're in and I'll have a reference to encourage you in your context.
